Database
Postgres is the system of record: datasources (configs), schemas, pipelines, custom transformers, executions, and worker heartbeats.
The API uses FALCONTALON_DB_URL. dbmate uses DATABASE_URL (the same connection string).
The API process must be able to reach Postgres. Apply migrations with dbmate against db/migrations/ before or as you roll the API:
dbmate --migrations-dir db/migrations --wait migrate
