AIS decode

1. Datasource with an NMEA source (Kafka or files) and a Kafka or S3 sink
2. Reader: NMEA sentences VDM and VDO
3. Classifier nmea.vdm → transformer ais → classifier ais.decoded

Playground: paste !AIVDM lines. A full Run writes the decoded AIS JSON (AisLib field names at the top level) straight to the sink.
